3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to enroll in our courses or purchase products.

4. Enrollment, Orders, and Fees

By enrolling in a course or ordering a product, you agree to pay the applicable fees displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.

5. Refund Policy

Our refund approach varies by offering type. All requests must be submitted via our contact form within the time frames specified below.

5.1 Online and In-Person Courses

If you submit a request at least 7 days prior to the course start date, you are eligible for a full refund. Requests made less than 7 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund but may be transferred to a future session at no extra charge. Transfer requests must be made at least 48 hours before the original session. Approved refunds or transfers will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

5.2 Information Products

Due to the nature of digital deliveries, purchases of information products are final. No refunds are provided once a download link is accessed. This policy ensures the integrity of our content and prevents unauthorized redistribution.

5.3 Physical Goods

Physical item orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and inspected. To initiate a return, use the contact form. Once inspected and approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, brand identifiers, and materials are owned by Secure Harbor Roady or its licensors. Use is limited to personal or educational purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or use of our offerings is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant course or product.
